The AN-X2-AB-DHRIO is a communications module manufactured by Allen-Bradley’s partner company Prosoft Technology. It is a small and compact device that supports desktop or DIN rail mounting. This communication device allows modern programmable automation controllers (PACs), such as Allen-Bradley’s ControlLogix and CompactLogix controllers, to communicate with devices that use traditional Remote I/O (RIO) and Data Highway Enhanced (DH+) communication protocols.
