USAQEM-03-SU21交流伺服電機是一種兩相的交流電動機,其內(nèi)部的轉(zhuǎn)子是永磁鐵。驅(qū)動器控制的U/V/W三相電形成電磁場,轉(zhuǎn)子在此磁場的作用下轉(zhuǎn)動。同時,電機自帶的編碼器會反饋信號給驅(qū)動器,驅(qū)動器根據(jù)反饋值與目標(biāo)值進行比較,從而調(diào)整轉(zhuǎn)子轉(zhuǎn)動的角度。
交流伺服電動機的結(jié)構(gòu)主要可分為定子部分和轉(zhuǎn)子部分。定子的結(jié)構(gòu)與旋轉(zhuǎn)變壓器的定子基本相同,在定子鐵心中安放著空間互成90度電角度的兩相繞組,其中一組為激磁繞組,另一組為控制繞組。激磁繞組兩端施加恒定的激磁電壓,控制繞組兩端施加控制電壓。當(dāng)定子繞組加上電壓后,伺服電動機就會轉(zhuǎn)動起來。
交流伺服電機具有以下三種轉(zhuǎn)速控制方式:
幅值控制:控制電流與勵磁電流的相位差保持90°不變,改變控制電壓的大小。
相位控制:控制電壓與勵磁電壓的大小保持額定值不變,改變控制電壓的相位。
幅值-相位控制:同時改變控制電壓幅值和相位。
交流伺服電動機轉(zhuǎn)軸的轉(zhuǎn)向隨控制電壓相位的反相而改變。其工作特性以機械特性和調(diào)節(jié)特性為表征。在控制電壓一定時,負(fù)載增加,轉(zhuǎn)速下降;在負(fù)載一定時,控制電壓越高,轉(zhuǎn)速也越高。由于轉(zhuǎn)子導(dǎo)體電阻足夠大,使得總電磁轉(zhuǎn)矩始終是制動性的轉(zhuǎn)矩,這也是交流伺服電動機與異步電動機的重要區(qū)別。
此外,交流伺服電機具有運行穩(wěn)定、可控性好、響應(yīng)快速、靈敏度高以及機械特性和調(diào)節(jié)特性的非線性度指標(biāo)嚴(yán)格等特點。它在工業(yè)自動化、機床、印刷、紡織、機器人等領(lǐng)域得到廣泛應(yīng)用,其高速響應(yīng)和較高的功率密度使其適用于高精度和高性能的應(yīng)用。

Ac servo motor has the following three speed control methods:
Amplitude control: The phase difference between the control current and the excitation current remains unchanged at 90° to change the size of the control voltage.
Phase control: The size of the control voltage and the excitation voltage remains unchanged, and the phase of the control voltage is changed.
Amplitude-phase control: Change the amplitude and phase of the control voltage simultaneously.
The steering of the shaft of the AC servo motor changes with the inversion of the control voltage phase. Its operating characteristics are characterized by mechanical characteristics and regulatory characteristics. When the control voltage is fixed, the load increases and the speed decreases. When the load is fixed, the higher the control voltage, the higher the speed. Because the rotor conductor resistance is large enough, the total electromagnetic torque is always the torque of the brake, which is also an important difference between AC servo motors and asynchronous motors.
