PSM-E20監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)主要為合作廠家設(shè)計(jì),用于組成各種容量配置的直流系統(tǒng),可應(yīng)用于電廠、電站、變電站和各類用戶變和其他需要直流供電的場合配合HD系列電力用高頻開關(guān)整流模塊及其他艾默生公司采集模塊PSM-E20監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)可完成智能化電池管理和直流系統(tǒng)監(jiān)測及告警。PSM-E20監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)具備遠(yuǎn)程管理功能,可選擇通過 Modbus、CDT91、DNP3.0、EC101或IEC103規(guī)約和綜合自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)通訊上報(bào)數(shù)據(jù),用于電站實(shí)現(xiàn)無人職守。
系統(tǒng)組成
PSM-E20監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)包括HD系列充電模塊內(nèi)部的監(jiān)控電路,監(jiān)控模塊(PSM-E20)、配電監(jiān)控(PFU-12和PFU-13)和絕緣監(jiān)測儀(JYM-1、JYM-I、JYM-M2和 JYM-S2),以及電池檢測儀(BM-1)等設(shè)備,如下圖所示。本手冊主要介紹監(jiān)控模塊(PSM-E20)和配電監(jiān)控(PFU-12和PFU-13)的功能特點(diǎn)、安裝設(shè)計(jì)以及調(diào)試方法。
PSM-E20監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)核心模塊包括PSM-E20監(jiān)控塊、PFU-12配電監(jiān)控以及PFU-13 配電監(jiān)控。下面分別介紹。
PSM-E20 監(jiān)控模塊

1)工作溫度:-5℃~40℃
2)儲存溫度:-40℃~85℃
3)相對濕度:≤95%(40士2℃)
4)供電電壓輸入范圍:90~300Vdc
2.功能介紹
監(jiān)控模塊是監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)處理中心。通過COM1~COM4通訊口與PFU-12、PFU-13、HD系列充電模塊、JYM-Ⅱ絕緣儀JYM-1絕緣儀、、PBM-1電池儀通訊完成電力操作電源系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù)的收集。并根據(jù)這些運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù)完成蓄電池組的自動(dòng)均浮充轉(zhuǎn)換。
如果電源系統(tǒng)有故障產(chǎn)生則彈出告警信息菜單,并點(diǎn)亮告警指示燈,同時(shí)控制告警蜂鳴器鳴叫。
監(jiān)控模塊還可將電源系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù)通過RS485或RS232通訊接口按用戶設(shè)定的通訊規(guī)約(可選擇Modbus、CDT91、DNP3.0、IEC101或IEC103)上報(bào)給綜合自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng),并接收綜合自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)下發(fā)的均浮充控制命令,實(shí)現(xiàn)遙控,遙測,遙信功能

PSM-E20
PSM-E20 monitoring system is mainly designed for manufacturers to form DC systems with various capacity configurations. It can be used in power plants, power stations, substations and various types of user transformers and other occasions requiring DC power supply with HD series high-frequency switching rectifier modules and other Emerson acquisition modules PSM-E20 monitoring system to complete intelligent battery management and DC system monitoring and alarm. The PSM-E20 monitoring system has a remote management function and can choose to report data via Modbus, CDT91, DNP3.0, EC101 or IEC103 protocols and the integrated automation system for unmanned power stations.
System composition
The PSM-E20 monitoring system includes the monitoring circuit inside the HD series charging module, the monitoring module (PSM-E20), the power distribution monitoring module (PFU-12 and PFU-13), the insulation monitoring instrument (JYM-1, JYM-I, JYM-M2 and JYM-S2), and the battery detector (BM-1), as shown in the following figure. Intended Audience This document describes the functions, installation design, and commissioning methods of the monitoring module (PSM-E20) and power distribution monitoring module (PFU-12 and PFU-13).
The core modules of the PSM-E20 monitoring system include the PSM-E20 monitoring block, PFU-12 power distribution monitoring, and PFU-13 power distribution monitoring. The following are introduced.
PSM-E20 Monitoring module

2. Function Description
The monitoring module is the data processing center of the monitoring system. Through COM1 to COM4 communication ports, it communicates with PFU-12, PFU-13, HD series charging modules, JYM-II insulation instrument, JYM-1 insulation instrument, and PBM-1 battery instrument to collect the operating data of the power supply system. According to these operating data, the automatic equalization and charging conversion of the battery pack is completed.
If a fault occurs in the power system, the alarm menu is displayed, the alarm indicator is on, and the alarm buzzer is controlled.
The monitoring module can also report the operation data of the power system to the integrated automation system through RS485 or RS232 communication interface according to the user-set communication protocol (Modbus, CDT91, DNP3.0, IEC101 or IEC103 can be selected), and receive the uniform charging control command issued by the integrated automation system to achieve remote control and telemetry.
