It operates at a rated input voltage of 480 volts AC, an input frequency of 47 to 63 Hertz, an input current of 4 amps and a continuous power output of 3 kilowatts. The driver has a bus capacitance of 470 microfarads and an internal shunt resistance rating of 120 ohms. The communication interface is SERCOS interface.

It weighs 18.8 pounds. The SERCOS interface integrates the servo drive with the ControlLogix platform. It also has DeviceNet networking options. The 2098-DSD-HV030 inverter offers a variety of operating speeds, which can be selected by using the inverter’s digital input.
