1X00416H01 艾默生OVATION 電源模塊
整流模塊的功率電路分為有源PFC校正和全橋DC/DC變換兩部分,全橋DC/DC變換采用全橋移相的軟開關技術。實現(xiàn)了寬輸入電壓范圍(1 20V~290V)和高效率(88%),功率密度達到了國際先進水平。
整流模塊采用模塊間的低壓差自主均流技術,當監(jiān)控模塊或個別整流模塊發(fā)生故障時,其余模塊能夠保持均流。
整流模塊采用了無級限流技術,在監(jiān)控模塊的控制下,限流點可以從0~105%額定電流之間連續(xù)可調整流模塊有內置CPU,監(jiān)測和控制模塊的運行狀態(tài)并負責與監(jiān)控模塊通訊。整流模塊通過RS485接受監(jiān)控模塊發(fā)送來的開/關機、限流點、電壓設定等參數(shù)設定命令,并將模塊的電壓、電流、溫度、限流點、開/關機和告警量等實時地反送給監(jiān)控模塊,完成監(jiān)控模塊對整流模塊的控制。
交流電經交流配電分路進入整流部分各整流模塊整流得到的+247直流電通過匯接進入直流配電,分多路提供給通信設備使用。
正常情況下,系統(tǒng)運行在并聯(lián)浮充狀態(tài),即整流模塊、負載、蓄電池并聯(lián)工作,整流模塊除了給通信設備供電外,還為蓄電池提供浮充電流。
當市電斷電時, 整流模塊停止工作,由蓄電池給設備供電維持設備的正常工作。
市電恢復后,整流模塊重新給設備供電,并對蓄電池進行充電,補充消耗的電量。
監(jiān)控模塊采用集中監(jiān)控的方式對交流配電、直流配電進行管理,同時通過RS485接口接收整流模塊的運行信息并進行相應的控制。
監(jiān)控模塊還可通過RS485、RS232 方式連接本地計算機,并可通過odem或其它傳輸資源(如公務信道等)聯(lián)結監(jiān)控中心,實現(xiàn)電源系統(tǒng)的集中監(jiān)控組網。

The power circuit of the rectifier module is divided into two parts: active PFC correction and full-bridge DC/DC conversion. Full-bridge DC/DC conversion adopts full-bridge phase-shifting soft switching technology. It achieves a wide input voltage range (1 20V~290V) and high efficiency (88%), and the power density reaches the international advanced level.
The rectifier module adopts the technology of automatic flow equalization of low voltage difference between modules. When the monitoring module or a certain rectifier module fails, the other modules can maintain flow equalization.

The rectifier module adopts stepless current limiting technology, under the control of the monitoring module, the current limiting point can be continuously adjusted from 0 to 105% of the rated current. The flow module has a built-in CPU to monitor and control the operating status of the module and is responsible for communication with the monitoring module. The rectifier module receives the on/off command, current limiting point, voltage setting and other parameter setting commands sent by the monitoring module through RS485, and sends the voltage, current, temperature, current limiting point, on/off and alarm quantity of the module back to the monitoring module in real time, completing the control of the monitoring module on the rectifier module.
The AC power enters the rectifier section through the AC distribution branch. The +247 DC power that is rectified by each rectifier module enters the DC distribution through the tandem connection and is provided to the communication devices in multiple channels.
In normal cases, the system runs in parallel floating charge state, that is, the rectifier module, load, and battery work in parallel. The rectifier module not only supplies power to the communication device, but also provides floating charge flow for the battery.
When the mains power is off, the rectifier module stops working and the battery supplies power to the device to maintain the normal operation of the device.
After the mains is restored, the rectifier module supplies power to the device and charges the battery to replenish the consumed power.
The monitoring module manages AC power distribution and DC power distribution in a centralized manner, and receives the running information of the rectifier module through the RS485 port for corresponding control.
The monitoring module can also be connected to the local computer through RS485, RS232, and can be connected to the monitoring center through odem or other transmission resources (such as official channels, etc.) to realize the centralized monitoring network of the power system.
