Ethernet firmware
Although Ethernet allows remote access to the upload/download process over the network, we strongly recommend installing only by the CPU, power supply, and rack. Once complete, configure the PLC system address configuration using an empty program that contains only IP. Note that the Ethernet module must be located on the same logical Ethernet network as the PC with the operating system loader (for both IP addresses, subnet masks, and default gateways must be compatible).
Ensure that the only device connected to Ethernet is the PC running the OS loader and the CPU, NOE or CRP modules, the CPU must be in stop mode and the NOE and CRP modules must be free of TCP traffic.
