531X305NTBANG1 電源連接卡GE研磨時,手握電刷要正,來回運動都要沿換向器的軸線方向,不能偏斜,往復行程不要太長。要注意防止電刷粉進入電樞及換向器溝槽內(nèi)。磨好后,將電刷裝入刷握,起動電機空載運行幾分鐘后,取出各電刷檢查,接觸面一般要占總面積的80%以上才行,否則,要重新研磨直到合格為止。當電機的刷握與換向器表面不垂直時,宜采用下述方法:將砂紙鋪在平面上,手握電刷按刷握的傾斜角度磨出一個斜面。然后將電刷裝進刷握,用手轉(zhuǎn)動電機轉(zhuǎn)子,這樣就會在電刷的斜面上磨出光亮點,然后用砂紙打磨光亮點(也可用刀子刮)。
