廢除CPU風(fēng)扇、存儲器采用SD卡、完全無轉(zhuǎn)動機構(gòu)設(shè)計。另外,使用產(chǎn)品附帶的防水墊圈、防水螺釘設(shè)置時,前端部分防止粉塵或異物侵入,能夠滿足IP65標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的防水規(guī)格。極力減少易老化零部件的使用,大幅度減輕了維護(hù)保全業(yè)務(wù)的負(fù)擔(dān)。
節(jié)省空間的設(shè)計,貢獻(xiàn)于裝置的小型化
采用5.7英寸LCD的小型、輕量[大約0.8kg]的觸摸屏一體型PC機。貢獻(xiàn)于裝置的小型化。還可利用VESA規(guī)格100×100mm標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的安裝結(jié)構(gòu),安置在LCD支架。

CPU3680 MOTOROLA 處理器模塊整個系統(tǒng)工作流程可以簡單描述如下:系統(tǒng)上電后,首先DSP由flash實現(xiàn)自舉,并運行引導(dǎo)程序,之后轉(zhuǎn)入EDMA等待狀態(tài),F(xiàn)PGA初始化后等待外部圖像采集命令,收到圖像采集命令后開始進(jìn)行圖像采集,并對采集到的圖像進(jìn)行預(yù)處理,預(yù)處理后的圖像經(jīng)過FIFO緩沖,在存儲一定量的數(shù)據(jù)之后,F(xiàn)PGA通過半滿信號向DSP發(fā)送EDMA請求,等待DSP響應(yīng),DSP一旦收到來自FPGA的EDMA請求,立即建立EDMA通道,從FIFO中讀取數(shù)據(jù)到L2存儲器,存滿一幀圖像后DSP開始圖像壓縮,等待一幅圖像壓縮完成之后,DSP會向FPGA發(fā)送中斷信號,F(xiàn)PGA在收到中斷信號后開始從 FIFO中讀取壓縮后的圖像數(shù)據(jù)。一幀數(shù)據(jù)讀完后,判斷編碼信號是否有效,如果有效則按同樣的規(guī)則對下一幀圖像進(jìn)行壓縮,如果無效則通知DSP結(jié)束。

CPU3680 MOTOROLA Processor Module The entire system workflow can be simply described as follows: After the system is powered on, the DSP is bootstrapped by flash first, and the boot program is run, and then it is transferred to the EDMA waiting state. After initialization, the FPGA waits for the external image acquisition command. After receiving the image acquisition command, the image acquisition begins, and the acquired image is preprocessed. After storing a certain amount of data, FPGA sends EDMA request to DSP through half-full signal, waiting for DSP response. Once DSP receives EDMA request from FPGA, it immediately establishes EDMA channel, reads data from FIFO to L2 memory, and starts image compression after storing one frame of image. After an image compression is completed, the DSP sends an interrupt signal to the FPGA, and the FPGA begins to read the compressed image data from the FIFO after receiving the interrupt signal. After reading a frame of data, the encoded signal is judged whether it is valid. If it is valid, the next frame image is compressed according to the same rules. If it is invalid, the DSP is notified to end.
