The IS200VSVOH1B is a board component manufactured by General Electric for the Mark VI. The Mark VI was released by General Electric as part of its long-running and popular gas/steam turbine management Speedtronic line, which began in the 1960s when the company released the Mark I system. Turbine control on this line continued to be developed until the Mark VI and Mark VIe in the 2000s. The Mark VI includes Ethernet communication capabilities, a PC-based operating interface, and integrated hardware and software specifically designed for turbine control.
IS200VSVOH1B serves as servo control board. The board drives the fuel/steam valve by controlling four electro-hydraulic servo valves. The board also provides pulse rate stream input, LVDT excitation, and LVDT position feedback. IS200VSVOH1B can be used in triple-redundant systems as well as in simplex systems.
The IS200VSVOH1B has a single slot front panel attached to the PCB. The panel includes a cable connector (J5) and LED indicators for status information. The three leds on the front panel include the RUN light (green), the FAIL light (red) and the STATUS light. The STATUS light is usually not powered on. However, if an alarm condition is present, this LED will power on and will appear as a stable orange color.
