S220PAICH2A 數(shù)字量輸入輸出信號就是開關(guān)量信號,1或者0,模擬量信號,有2種,電壓或者電流信號一般是變送器傳過來的信號,比如用壓力變器檢測水管壓力,它會(huì)輸出一個(gè)模擬信號4-20ma 或者 0-10V的信號給PLC,PLC來進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)處理。
功能描述
模擬組件(PAIC是一個(gè)電氣接口,將一個(gè)或兩/0以太網(wǎng)連接到模擬輸入端子板PAIC包括一個(gè)BPPx處理板和一個(gè)專用于模擬I/O功能的采集板。
該模塊有十個(gè)模擬輸入。前八個(gè)輸入可以設(shè)置為5V、10 V或4-20 mA電流環(huán)路輸入。最后兩輸入可以設(shè)置為1 mA4-20 mA電流輸入電流回路輸入的負(fù)載終端電阻位于端子板上,PAIC檢測這些電阻上的電壓,PAICH2有兩個(gè)電流環(huán)路輸出,范圍為0至20 mA,它還包括額外的硬件,僅允許第一個(gè)輸出端有0-200 mA電流。

IS220PAICH2A安裝
1.年固安裝所選的端子板。
2.將PAICI/0包直接插入端子板連接器
3.使用以太網(wǎng)端口旁邊的螺性來機(jī)械固定,螺性安裝在端子板專用的安裝支架上,支架的位置應(yīng)確保沒有直角力施加在組件和端子板之間的DC-37針連接器上。在產(chǎn)品的使用壽命期間,只需要調(diào)整一次。
4.根據(jù)系統(tǒng)配置,連接一根或兩根以太網(wǎng)電纜,在任一端口上都可以工作,使用雙連接時(shí),通常的做法是將ENET1連接到與R控制器相關(guān)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)
5.通過插入/0包側(cè)面的連接器,連接到電源。因?yàn)?包具有內(nèi)在的軟啟動(dòng)功能,可以控制電源應(yīng)用的電流涌入,所以在插入電纜之前,沒有必要斷開電纜的電源。

Function description
Analog components (PAIC is an electrical interface that connects one or two /0 Ethernet to an analog input terminal board The PAIC consists of a BPPx processing board and a acquisition board dedicated to analog I/O functions.
The module has ten analog inputs. The first eight inputs can be set to 5V, 10V, or 4-20 mA current loop inputs. The last two inputs can be set to 1 mA4-20 mA current input The load terminal resistors of the current loop inputs are located on the terminal board, the PAIC detects the voltage across these resistors, PAICH2 has two current loop outputs ranging from 0 to 20 mA, it also includes additional hardware that only allows 0-200 mA current at the first output.
Data is received and sent to the controller via dual RJ-45 Ethernet connectors and is powered by a two-pin connector. Field devices communicate via a DC 37-pin connector connected directly to the relevant terminal board. LED indicators provide visual diagnosis.
IS220PAICH2A installation
1. Install the selected terminal board annually.
2. Insert the PAICI/0 package directly into the connector of the terminal board
3. Use the screw next to the Ethernet port to secure the screw on the mounting bracket dedicated for the terminal board. The position of the bracket should ensure that no direct angular force is exerted on the DC-37 pin connector between the component and the terminal board. It only needs to be adjusted once during the service life of the product.
4. Depending on the system configuration, connect one or two Ethernet cables to work on either port. When using dual connections, it is common practice to connect ENET1 to the network associated with the R controller
5. Connect to the power supply by inserting the connector on the side of the /0 package. Because the 0 pack has a built-in soft start function that controls the influx of current from the power application, there is no need to disconnect the power supply from the cable before inserting it.
