The IS220PDIOH1B unit is part of the discrete I/O package of the GE Speedtronic Mark VI/VIe/VIeS gas turbine control module with an accessory combination approved for use in hazardous sites. When the IS220P DioH1B model works in the selected system, it is used with multiple terminal boards; Some of the terminal boards used are labeled as follows:

These end boards extend the functionality of the PDIO package, as the previous PDIO package could only work with two attachment end boards. The terminal board is labeled as an intrinsic safety device relay contact terminal board.
The unit contains two Ethernet ports, a local processor and a data acquisition board for the GE Mark VI Speedtronic series. The electronics of the Mark VIe I/O bag, introduced in 2004, are outdated. The front panel of the IS220PDIOH1B includes LED indicators for two Ethernet ports for device power and an “attn” LED. Additional leds are associated with relay connections.
The minimum rated voltage of the IS220PDIOH1B is 27.4 VDC, while the nominal rated voltage is 28.0 VDC. The device and its associated terminal boards have field-specific wiring connection instructions that must be followed, including wire size and screw torque.
When using TDBS or TDBT board on IS220PH1B, there are 24 field terminals. All positives are labeled with contact wetting inputs. Each terminal on the model is different between the negative and positive terminals. For more information about the terminal, see the last page of the data table above.
