PFB3-VME-2 is an upgraded version of SST-PFB3-VME.
The SST-PFB3-VME-2 series is designed to meet the needs of Oems serving the defense and aerospace, industrial automation, and medical imaging segments. While maintaining backward compatibility with the existing VMEbus infrastructure, customers looking for a “technical update” for their applications can upgrade to the MVME5500 series and take advantage of enhanced performance features.

The SST-PFB3-VME-2 PB3-VME-2-E provides linearized temperature measurement

The FC series signal conditioners provide 1500V isolation between input and output, helping to eliminate electrical noise.

These automatic, direct-powered signal conditioners are ideal for PLCS, loop controllers, digital displays, and any other application that requires isolated or analog signals.

The 884114 and 884116 universal signal regulators provide linearized temperature measurement via RTD or thermocouple sensors. Linear resistance measurements are converted into standard current/voltage signals from devices such as solenoids, butterfly valves, or potentiometers. The 884114 and 884116 are suitable for SIL 2 installations.

LCD programming/display modules for the menu structure are sold separately, with the ability to automatically scroll text to recognize each menu item. Detachable modules can store configuration parameters and transmit them from one signal regulator to another, minimizing setup time for multiple unit applications. The module supports seven programming languages and can be password protected to prevent unauthorized configuration changes. When not used for configuration, the display module can be used to display input signal values, engineering units, output signals, and relays
