The UR-6DH from GE Multilin, with 16 contact inputs for units in the universal relay family, is a digital I/O module that can replace current modules or provide new functionality for a given system. This digital I/O module allows relays to communicate with devices in the power system without the need for expensive hardwiring.
The communication and parameters collected by the UR-6DH module can be better interred using GE Multilin’s flagship EnerVista UR software program, which offers a much improved user interface over the simple keyboard and LCD approach.
