為了減少電氣室和機器之間數(shù)百條長線路,nv控制器具有現(xiàn)場安裝/O模塊,通過光環(huán)路與控制器通信。采用這種方法,可以大大降低布線材料和人工成本。為了保護模塊免受接近機械的條件,外殼的等級為IP54,可防止灰塵,振動,水飛濺和滴水。字段(/O安裝在如下所示的機柜中。

USIO21 is the latest generation of Toshiba’s unified nv series controllers.
The Unified nv series controller is a powerful industrial controller with high-speed logic, sequencing, motor speed control and continuous control. It uses the industry’s first 100mbps fault-tolerant ring network “TC-net.
“/O” for I/O communication, can connect to remote field installed I/O, with high reliability.
Toshiba’s latest industrial controller, the Unified nv Series controller, is a huge step forward that goes beyond the existing V Series in industrial use around the world. Features include high-speed logic, sequencing, motor speed control and continuous control. The high-speed I/O communication uses the industry’s first 100mbps fault-tolerant ring network “TC-net /O” to connect to I/ 0s installed remotely in the field.
The key features of this powerful controller are:
· Fault-tolerant loop 100 Mbps l/O communication
· Increased speed by directly implementing IEC standard control language in ASIC hardware · Improved reliability with redundant modules and ECC memory for error correction
· Gigabit monitoring network
To reduce the hundreds of long lines between the electrical room and the machine, the nv controller has a field mounted /O module that communicates with the controller via a halo path. Using this method, wiring materials and labor costs can be greatly reduced. To protect the module from near-mechanical conditions, the housing is rated IP54 and protects against dust, vibration, water splashing and dripping. Field (/O is installed in the cabinet shown below.
Two networks connect the controller to the input/output modules:
· Electric ring (blue) Service controller local l/O
The optical ring (red) provides local distributed I/O services to the machine. Onsite I/ OS are installed in the following cabinet.
