The vibration sensor does not directly convert the original mechanical quantity to be measured into electricity, but the original mechanical quantity to be measured is used as the input quantity of the vibration sensor, and then received by the mechanical receiving part to form another mechanical quantity suitable for transformation, and finally converted into electricity by the electromechanical transforming part.
