The 1756-L71 is a programmable Automation controller manufactured by Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation.
The 1756-L71 mainly has 2MB of user memory and 0.98 MB of I/O memory. It also comes with a 1784-SD1 secure digital (SD) memory card with a capacity of 1 GB of non-volatile memory, which can be upgraded to 2GB by replacing the 1784-SD2 card. The controller can process up to 128,000 discrete input and output signals, and 4,000 analog input and output signals. For industrial communications, the 1756-L71 supports the installation of communication adapters, and other supported communication protocols are Ethernet/IP, control network, Device network, Data Highway Plus, remote I/O, SynchLink, third-party process and device networks.
