The 176449-02 Preprocessor/seismic monitor is a four-channel monitor that accepts input from proximity sensors and seismic sensors, adjusts the signal to provide various vibration and position measurements, and compares the adjusted signal to a user programmable alarm. 176449-02 Frame configuration software is programmed for each channel to perform the following functions/radial vibration, thrust position, expansion difference, eccentricity, reinforcement, acceleration, speed, absolute axis, and circular acceptance area. The main purpose of the 176449-02 presensor seismic monitoring failure is to activate the alarm by continuously comparing the monitoring parameters and the alarm setpoint of the configuration, from providing mechanical protection.
